Totally very comfortable stay for my vacation. Small hotel in a lovely area near to the Sea Whale Motel in Middletown RI, Newport, garden. Marvellous and ideal location, walking distance to everywhere. Nearby Rusty's - great place to chill out. Nice building and rooms with awesome view. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

This little motel was such a gem! Super clean and cozy rooms, plus the owners, Teri and Jeff, are the sweetest folks. The location's awesome—close to the beach and dining spots. We had beautiful sunsets right in the backyard. Just missed having grills outside for a BBQ. Definitely would recommend this place!
